Studios
Clients, artists, and payments in one place
One Airtable base for clients, artists, sessions, and payments across studios in Germany and Switzerland.
01
The problem
Multi-location studios in Germany and Switzerland were running scattered client lists, manual payment tracking, and artist schedules that could double-book, including on public holidays. Deposits and project context were easy to lose between sessions.
02
What we built
Tattoo 1.0, a relational Airtable base linking clients, artists, projects, scheduling, finance, and internal notes.
03
How it works
A project keeps first contact, sessions, and payments on one record. Artist availability sits on one calendar, with German public holidays blocked so a session is not booked onto a closed day. Each session logs a payment. Status shows as Unpaid, Partial, or Paid, and the amount due updates from those payments. Age is flagged where under-18 consent is required.
04
Outcome
The case records 2,000+ centralised client records, live project tracking for multi-artist teams, and scheduling built so artists are not double-booked. The studios covered are in Germany and Switzerland.
Inside the build
Screens from the live base: what the team sees, how records link, and what runs in the background.
