Approach

Understand what is breaking, then hand the team a system they can run

Autogenie is a small agency. We map the work first, then build one system the team can run. The stack is chosen after we see the work.

Who leads the work

Mr. Mohammad Ameen

BPA consultant. Autogenie maps the work first, then chooses the stack. The team that will run the system is who the build is for.

  1. Laptop and notebook on a desk while mapping how work moves today
    This is where we listen

    01

    Understand what is breaking

We map the current path end to end: where work starts, where it stalls, and which sheet or thread is pretending to be the system. We name the inputs and outputs the team actually needs.

  2. Team collaborating around laptops while the system is built
This is where it gets built

    02

    Build the system

We choose the stack after we see the work: Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n, GoHighLevel, Softr, or what the team already uses. Tools sit underneath. The thing the team opens every day is the system we hand them.

  3. Facilitator at a whiteboard walking a team through the live process
This is where your team takes over

    03

    Hand it to the team

We put the system live, walk the people who will run it, and leave documentation they can keep. Maintenance can stay with you. If you want us nearby after that, we can talk about a retainer.

    What you get

    What you keep

The base is yours. We train the people who will run it and leave standard operating notes. You do not need to become an integration engineer to keep daily work moving.

    Time to first live system

On the current Autogenie site, foundational systems are described as typically live in two to four weeks. Larger architectures are described as six to eight weeks.

Engagements are scoped in conversation. The current site describes a custom build for a defined bottleneck, and an optional monthly retainer for monitoring and further work. There is no public price list.

Book an automation audit

If the process already works by hand and is starting to strain, that is the right time to talk. Bring one messy path. We will map it with you.

  • Where work starts and stalls
  • What the team should open every day
  • Whether a build is the right next move
